The Scarlet Crusade has taken up a post to the north with the obvious intent of battling the Scourge. The thing that bothers me is that they were building before we were attacked - they must have known something.

Search for evidence of the Scarlet Crusade on the freshly risen Carrion Ghouls in the Eastern Carrion Fields. Return to Lady Alustra with anything you find.
